EFTA–India TEPA execution

Prepare a TEPA transaction

Choose the operation you are carrying out. The console shows the TEPA provision it relies on, lists the documents that operation needs, and sends you to the tool that checks or prepares each one.

How a deal moves through review

  1. 1. Treaty check. The platform team checks your pathway against the TEPA provision shown in the console (tariff schedule, origin rule, SPS, services schedule, investment or intellectual property).
  2. 2. Document check. Each document on the checklist is reviewed against its issuer and the official TEPA form where one exists.
  3. 3. Expert-reviewed counterparty introductions. Buyers, suppliers, JV partners and licensees are vetted before any introduction. No direct contact details are released before approval.
  4. 4. Introduction and execution. Approved deals move to a platform-mediated introduction and the execution desk.
The Deal Room prepares a deal for review. It does not issue customs, origin or duty-preference rulings, SPS or product approvals, FDI approval, legal opinions or finance approval, and it does not give direct access to counterparties. Those decisions stay with the competent authorities, banks and the parties.
